Rani looked very plump in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic but she is looking very slim, trim and pretty in the tribute song in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Her trainer, Satyajit Chaurasia, the man behind Aamir's spectacular Ghajini physique tells us that she has lost about 4 kilos.
"Rani has been training for this film called Cricket and she has to look very fit in the movie. I think she has become pretty fit now and she will lose even more weight. In two months, she has lost precisely 3.5 kilos. You can see how great she looks in the song in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi," says Chaurasia.
"She trains very hard…about 1 hour 15 minutes in the morning whenever she is not shooting. I have devised a balanced diet plan for her as the proportion of carbohydrates, fat and protein is determined by her body type. She is a pear as she has a heavy lower body. She does cardio and weights. I train her at the gym at her residence," explains Bollywood's trainer of the moment.
Speaking about her diet, he says, "I change her diet once or twice a month and I have asked to drink a lot of green tea to keep her metabolism high. She burns extra calories this way. She eats fruit in the morning and then works out. She has a toast, 1 apple, 1 egg white, oatmeal and a bowl of sprouts for breakfast. Lunch is one subzi, 1 roti and a little dal cooked in very little olive oil."
Hrithik Roshan, Ajay Devgan, Zayed Khan, Sonu Sood and of course Aamir Khan are his other clients. "I am good friends with them but I am a tough professional when it comes to training them," signs off Chaurasia.
